   Getting Started 

Your Personal EgyTEFL Counsellor will make sure that you are better placed. Your admission process in easy nine steps:

1st  Step: Program and University Selection

Your counselor will highlight all the relevant information on the destination country education system and conduct a detailed analysis of your academic background, work experience, extra-curricular activities, sporting interests, budget restrictions, program and course requirement and career goals. Based on the assessment, your counselor will discuss universities that best match your academic profile, personality and career goals.

2nd Step: Necessary admission tests (SAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL)

Most programs at Universities require you to undertake an admission test as part of the assessment of your application. EgyTEFL will provide you with tutors and test centers centers where you may take the required tests.

3rd Step: Application Submission

Your counsellor will assist you with compiling your application documents and completing the application forms and thereafter monitor the progress of your application at every stage and track the relevant deadlines.

4th Step : Receive offer of acceptance

When you receive your offer letters, your counsellor will guide you on acceptance deadlines and additional document requirements

5th Step : Pay tuition fee or deposit

You may need to pay a deposit towards the tuition fee to fulfil the conditions of the offer letter and to secure the Confirmation of Acceptance (CAS) from the institution.

 6th Step: CAS from institution

Upon receipt of the Confirmation of Acceptance (CAS) and all other relevant documents EgyTEFL counsellor will assist you with moving on to the next step which is financial document requirements and application of student visa.

7th Step: Apply for student visa

Your counsellor will advise you on the visa regulations and help you compile your visa file. You will also receive assistance with making the relevant visa application fee payments and booking your visa appointment at the visa application centre for you.

8th Step:  Attend pre-departure session

Your counsellor will have you participate in a pre-departure event that will have Destination Country experts talk to you about the academic, social, cultural and sporting life in Destination Country universities. In addition, you will receive guidance on important issues such as foreign exchange, accommodation, insurance, medical requirement and online registration of courses.

9th Step: Arrange your Accommodation 

Your counsellor makes sure about providing you with housing options on or off campus according to your budget and preference. 

10th Step : Organise travel & Airport Pickup

While your student visa is being confirmed you will be guided you on the requirements of your medical report and will receive assistance with travel arrangements t: air tickets and foreign exchange. Your counsellor will assist you with information on your arrival Airport Pickup.
